At Chesterton & Co. Cigars Online, we strive to process and ship your order efficiently, securely, and in full compliance with all federal and state laws. Please read the following Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping Eligibility
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes. You are responsible for ensuring that the shipment of tobacco products to your state or locality is legal. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be legally fulfilled.
2. Age Verification and Signature Requirement
As required by law, all cigar shipments must be received by an adult 21 years of age or older.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
4. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer several shipping options at checkout through USPS (where available). Shipping costs are calculated based on your order’s weight, destination, and selected delivery speed.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We comply with all federal and state regulations regarding tobacco shipment. The following restrictions apply:
We do not ship to Utah, South Dakota, or Hawaii
Certain cities, counties, or states may impose additional restrictions. Orders to these areas may be canceled or modified accordingly.
We reserve the right to reject orders that cannot be shipped in compliance with applicable laws.
6. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We do our best to notify customers of any known delays or disruptions.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged in transit or lost, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Please keep all packaging materials and provide photos of damage when reporting issues.
